Ruiyuan oxygen free copper is highly malleable and consistent, excelling in electrical and thermal conductivity. The high purity levels of oxygen-free copper enhance the properties typical of standard copper material, such as thermal and electrical conductivity, ductility, impact strength, and machinability. Due to these advantageous properties, the material are used in a variety of industrial applications. It is excellent for soldering and brazing as well. This makes it preferred among electrical, automotive, and telecommunications professionals.
Ruiyuan has 100% microscopic inspection throughout the whole manufacturing process which guarantees that each piece of the material meet metallographic contamination in line with GB standard which also can conform to either Class 1 or Class 2 of ASTM. Inspection according to GB/ASTM is made for each cut piece after casting, for each product after hot deformation or in the final stage of manufacturing.
