This is a custom-designed flat nylon serving litz wire, engineered for high-performance applications where space and efficiency are critical. As a large-scale product, it features a finished outer diameter with a width of 4.5 mm and a thickness of 4.4 mm, offering a substantial cross-sectional area while maintaining a flat profile.
Internally, the wire is constructed from 4,875 individual strands of magnet wire, each with a conductor diameter of just 0.05 mm. These strands are precisely twisted together to minimize high-frequency losses such as the skin effect and proximity effect. The entire assembly is wrapped with an outer layer of nylon serving, which provides excellent electrical insulation, mechanical protection, and thermal stability.

Compared to round nylon serving litz wire, the flat version offers distinct advantages.
