SEIW is composed of denatured polyesterimide as insulation which is solderable. In this case, SEIW can be resistant to high temperature as well as possesses property of soldering. It meets the needs of winding that requires soldering, high heat resistance and high impedance. Compared with conventional polyurethane of temperature rating 180C, coherence of insulation of SEIW is much more better. Insulation of SEIW also features soldering compared with regular polyesterimide, hence more convenient during operation and better work efficiency.

1.Excellent performance in heat resistance, chemical resistance and corrosion resistance.
2. Physical properties are suitable for most winding.
3. It can be soldered directly at 450-520 degrees.
High temperature coils and relays, Special transformer coils, Automotive-coils, Electronic coils, transformers, Shaded pole motor coils.
Take a sample with a length of about 30cm from the same spool (for specifications of Φ0.050mm and below, eight strings are twisted together without abnormal tension; for specifications above 0.050mm, one string is good). Use a special winding bracket and put the sample into 50mm tin liquid at specified temperature. Take them out after 2 seconds and make assessment according to condition of 30mm in the middle.
