We are excited to announce the launch of our latest enameled wire- polyimide(PIW) insulated copper wire with higher thermal class 240. This new product represents a significant leap forward in the field of magnet wires
Now the magent wires we provide with all main insulations Polyester(PEW) thermal class 130-155℃,Polyurethane(UEW) thermal class 155-180℃, Polyesterimide(EIW)thermal class 180-200℃,Polyamidimide(AIW)thermal class 220℃, and Polyimide(PIW) thermal class 240℃, all the temperature matix are at hand.
Compare with other insulations, PIW is a little mysterious, here are its unique features
-High – temperature Resistance
Polyimide enameled wire (PIW) has excellent high – temperature resistance. It can work stably for a long time at very high temperatures, generally able to withstand 200 – 300°C or even higher temperatures. This makes it suitable for electrical equipment in high – temperature environments, such as electrical components around the engine in the aerospace field and heating coils in high – temperature furnaces..
-Good Insulating Properties
In high – temperature environments, PIW enameled wire can still maintain good electrical insulation. Its insulating layer can effectively prevent current leakage and ensure the normal operation of electrical equipment. This characteristic is especially important in high – voltage and high – frequency electrical applications.
oMechanical Properties
It has relatively high mechanical strength and is not easily broken during the winding process. This good mechanical property helps to ensure the integrity of the enameled wire in complex winding processes, for example, when manufacturing micro – motors that require fine winding.
-Chemical Stability
It has relatively good resistance to many chemical substances and is not easily chemically corroded. This enables it to be used in some industrial scenarios with complex chemical environments, such as the electrical winding parts in chemical production equipment.
We’d like to talk more details and properties with you, and sample is no problem.
