Main colleagues working at Overseas Department at Tianjin Ruiyuan had a video conference with an European customer upon request on February 21, 2024. James, Operations Director of Overseas Department, and Rebecca, Assistant to the department have participated in this conference. Although there are thousands of kilometers distance between the customer and us, this online video meeting still gives us a chance to discuss and get familiar with each other better.
At the beginning, Rebecca made a brief introduction in fluent English about the history of Tianjin Ruiyuan and its current production scale. As customers are very interested in served litz wire, also called silk covered litz wire, and basic litz wire, Rebecca mentioned that the finest diameter of single enamelled wire so far we’ve used in litz wire is 0.025mm, and the number of strands can reach 10,000. There are very few electromagnetic wire manufacturers nowadays in Chinese market who have such technologies and capabilities to make such wire.
James then continued to talk the customer through two products we have been mass-producing, which are 0.071mm*3400 served litz wire and 0.071mm*3400 strand ETFE wrapped litz wire. We have been offering services to the customer to develop these two products for 2 years and have provided them with a lot of reasonable and practical suggestions. After delivering several batches of samples, these two litz wires were finally designed and constructed and are currently used in the charging piles of a European well-know luxury car brand.
Afterwards, the customer was led to visit our silk covered litz wire and basic litz wire plant through camera which have been highly commended and satisfied for its professionalization, cleanness, tidiness and brightness workshop. During the visit, our customer also had a very thorough understanding about the production process of silk covered litz wires and basic litz wires. The product quality checking laboratory was also open and inspected by our customers where such tests of products performance including breakdown voltage tests, resistance, tensile strength, elongation, etc.are conducted.
In the end, all our colleagues who joined in this meeting returned to the conference room to exchange ideas with the customer. The customer is very satisfied with our introduction and impressed by the strength of our factory. Also we have made an appointment with the customer for a site visit to our plant in the coming March 2024. We will be very looking forward to meeting with the customer in the Spring full of blossoms.
