Our Enameled Copper Wire for Relay consists of metal conductor core(bare copper wire) and a single coating of soldering polyurethane resin. The above-mentioned self-lubricating material is coated on the single coating and can cause skin effect.
Enameled copper wire produced by existing technology is generally coated with a layer of liquid or solid lubricant on its surface. As friction coefficient on the surface is high, which is not suitable for high-speed automatic winding. For winding winded with this enameled copper wire, its external lubricant can be easily volatilized by heat during operation. When it stops working, the lubricant cools and condenses and transmits to relay contact points, resulting in disturbance of signal and shortened life for relay caused by malfunction of conduction.
This new heat-resistant self-lubricating enameled copper wire not only retains heat resistance and soldering ability of insulation, but also is coated with lubricating material on the surface to improve reliability of relay by adjusting composition of lubricants. Enameled Copper Wire for Signal Relays produced by our company has the following advantages:
1. Direct Soldering at 375 -400℃.
2. Winding speed can be increased from 6000 ~ 12000rpm to 20000 ~ 25000rpm, which is suitable for high-speed automatic winding and significantly improves production efficiency of relays.
3.With our Enameled Copper Wire for Relay, reliability of signal relay during operation is increased when there are less volatile gas and decreased rate of malfunction of conduction when assembled winding operates.
