This custom-made wire AIW/SB 0.50mm*1.00mm is a self-bonding polyamide-imide enameled rectangular copper wire. Self-bonding wire is to apply a layer of self-bonding coating on top of insulating paint film.

In the beginning, the customer used self-bonding round copper wire, after our calculation, we recommend this self-bonding flat copper wire instead of round wire for him. The superior heat dissipation performance of the flat wire allows the magnetic core to set higher indicators when working, reduce consumables, the size of the magnetic core can be smaller, and the number of winding turns can be reduced.
