One of European customer need high frequency litz wire that uses on wireless charge of automotive, but need excellent performance of solvent resistance, and flame rate follows UL94-V0, the current insulation could not meet the requirement, they had solution but the price was too high.

Finally our R&D team proposed a innovative solution after fully discussion: ETFE insulation extruded on the surface of litz wire, that perfectly solved all the problems after one year verification. The project lasts two years, and the wire has been in mass production since this year.
