Nylon served copper Litz wire is a high-frequency Litz wire, which is widely used in transformer and motor manufacturing, information transmission, voice coil winding, aerospace, new energy vehicles and other industries.

This nylon served litz wire onsists of 70 strands of 38AWG (0.1mm) enamelled wire and wrapped with a nylon yarn.

The thermal rating is 155 degrees Celsius which makes the wire suitable for high temperature applications.

Introduction

The twisting process of the strands and the coating of the nylon yarn ensure that the wire has excellent current-carrying capacity and anti-electromagnetic interference ability.

The production process of nylon covered litz wire consists of several steps.

First, enameled wire is produced by coating copper wire with an enameled insulation layer.

Then, 70 strands of enameled wire are twisted together to form a bundle.

Afterwards, the bundle is wrapped with a coating of nylon yarn.

Finally, the wire is annealed at high temperature to increase its strength and flexibility.
