Currently, Ruiyuan company provides self-adhesive polyurethane enameled copper wire. Self bonding polyurethane enamelled wire is an enamelled wire based on polyurethane. Polyurethane paint has the following characteristics:
1.Good direct weldability, because polyurethane film can decompose at high temperature and act as flux, so it can be soldered directly without removing the film in advance.
2.The high frequency performance is good, and the tangent of dielectric loss angle is relatively small under the condition of high frequency.
Like ordinary enamelled wire, self bonding enamelled wire has better machinability, which is measured by winding (windability), formability (formability) and embeddedness (insertability). Winding refers to the ability of the winding wire to resist mechanical and electrical damage in the winding process, and the winding coil is the tightest and most obedient. Formability refers to the ability to withstand bending and maintain the shape of the coil. when the formability is good, the shape remains the same. after it is removed from the winding machine, the coil can maintain various angles, the rectangular coil will not be bulged into a barrel, and a single wire will not jump out. Embeddedness refers to the ability to embed wire slots.
There are two bonding methods, hot air self-adhesive and alcohol self-adhesive. Our hot air self-adhesive enameled wire uses medium-temperature self-adhesive paint, the best viscosity temperature is 160-180 °C, the best viscosity is baked in an oven for 10-15 minutes, the temperature needs to be adjusted according to the distance between the heat gun and the product, and also according to the winding speed. The farther the distance and the faster the winding speed, the higher the temperature required.
The conductivity of self-bonding enamelled wire is the same as that of ordinary enamelled wire. Because self-bonding enamelled wire belongs to composite coated enamelled wire, the insulation layer has enough stable voltage resistance (breakdown voltage) and insulation resistance. the voltage resistance is higher than that of ordinary enamelled wire.
Self-bonding polyurethane and polyester enamelled wire are widely used in micro-motors and audio coils, and now is gradually used in high-frequency coils.
