Compared with conventional polyurethane of temperature rating 180C, coherence of insulation of SEIW is much more better. Insulation of SEIW also features soldering compared with regular polyesterimide, hence more convenient during operation and better work efficiency.

2. Physical properties are suitable for most winding.
3. It can be soldered directly at 450-520 degrees.

Take a sample with a length of about 30cm from the same spool (for specifications of Φ0.050mm and below, eight strings are twisted together without abnormal tension; for specifications above 0.050mm, one string is good). Use a special winding bracket and put the sample into 50mm tin liquid at specified temperature. Take them out after 2 seconds and make assessment according to condition of 30mm in the middle.
