0.04mm*220 2USTC F Class 155℃ nylon Silk Served Copper Litz Wire
On the basis of litz wire, served litz wire is coated by layers of textile yarn for better mechanical properties, including nylon, polyester, dacron or natural silk. It consists of plural strands of fine wires that are individually insulated, according to specific design and application. USTC wire has a nylon top coat over the regular litz wires to enhance the mechanical properties of insulation coat. Besides, it’ s also conducive to further with impregnation process.
