This is a custom-made silk covered litz wire, featuring a conductor diameter of 0.071mm made of pure copper with polyurethane enamel. This enameled copper wire is available in two temperature ratings: 155 degrees Celsius and 180 degrees Celsius. It is currently the most commonly used wire for making silk covered litz wire and can generally meet your product’s temperature requirements. This silk covered litz wire made of 840 strands twisted together, with an outer layer wrapped in nylon yarn, the overall dimension is ranges from 2.65mm to 2.85mm, and the maximum resistance is 0.00594Ω/m. If your product requirements fall within this range, then this wire is suitable for you.This silk covered litz wire is primarily used for winding transformers. We offer two jacket options: one is nylon yarn, and the other is polyester yarn. You can choose different jackets according to your design.
