2022 is really an abnormal year, and this year are destined to be written into history. Since the beginning of the year, COVID has been raging in our city, everyone’s life changes a lot and our company operation face different challenges.
1.Our company region were quarantined 21 days on January, we experienced numerable nucleic acid testing since the beginning of this year, nobody knows where the virus outbreak in this city, and whom has to work from home.
2.Copper price increase to the summit that never reached before in the history USD 10.720/kg on 7th March, to then dived to USD6.998/kg on 14th July, later went up to average USD 7.65/KG in the past three months. All the markets are unstable and waiting to see what will happen.
3.Unexpected war and energy crisis in Europe since February, all the world were shocked and still struggling in the quagmire, not only for the countries who in the war, but also for all the people are suffering.
It’s really difficult to meet any one of them in any year, however all of these came without any break. Nevertheless under the leadership of our general manager and also unity of our team, we were trying to conquer them step by step
1.Optimal management system. Establish remote working system to ensure all the procedure work very well no matter whom work from home.
2.Enhance production efficiency. Even during the quarantine time, our colleague whom live in the same region still took the delivery of materials, therefore all the products are delivered on time, and we were granted Grade A supplier by a German customer.
3.Relative price stabilization. Work with customer to keep a reasonable price level, tough time need to walk together.
4.Staff healthy care mechanism. Staff is one of the most valuable asset, we did all we could to provide a safety and clean working environment,all the working space need to be disinfected everyday, and everyone’s temperature is recorded.
Although it’s not a peaceful year, still we want to improve ourselves not only provide your better quality product and service, but bring you more benefit not just economically. We hope to work with you to build a Better World and make a Better Place.
