As you know, we are always trying to improving ourself to give you better quality and on time delivery assurance. Therefore, the new factory was put into use, and now the monthly capacity is 1000tons, and most of them are still fine wire.
The factory with area 24000㎡.
The building with 2 floors, the first floor is used as draw factory. 2.5mm copper bar is drawn to any size you want, our production range is from 0.011mm. However the main sizes are produced in the new factory is 0.035-0.8mm
375 auto drawing machines cover big, middle and fine drawing process, precisely control system and on line laser caliper make sure the diameter can be realized as customer’s demand.
2nd floor is enamel factory
53 production lines, each with 24 heads greatly enhanced production efficiency. New online monitory system improve anneal and enamel process, make the surface of the wire more smooth and each layer of enamel is more even, that provide better performance of voltage withstand.
At the winding process, online meter counter and weighing machine are used that solved the problem of the magnet wire: the gap of net weight of each spool is really big sometimes. And automatic spool change system is used, every winding head with 2 spools, when the spool is fully winded as the set length or weight, it will be cut and winded on the other spool automatically. Again that improves efficiency.
And you can also see cleanness of the factory, from the floor that looks like dust free factory, which is the best in China. And the floor need to be cleansed every 30 minutes.
All the efforts are to provide you the best quality product with lower costs. And we know there is no end of improvement, we won’t cease our step.
