Short Description:

This Litz wire is made up from individual strands of 0.04mm solderable enamelled copper wire this bunch of strands is then wrapped in nylon,individual strands are enamel coated.

It has good direct soldering performance and the solder temperature is 390℃±5℃. Temperature resistance: 155℃. Maximum resistivity is 111.95Ω/KM.

Popular for high frequency applications.It is suitable for manufacturing all kinds of electronic instruments, inductance components and other occasions. Good high-frequency electrical performance.

The multiple strand makes the wire very flexible. The number of strands of this silk covered litz wire is 140 strands, and the temperature resistance rating is 155 degrees.
HF-Litz wires are mainly used in chokes and transformers to reduction skin-effect occuring in single copper wires at high value of current. We have in offer wide range of HF-litz in different configuration of diameter single wires.
