Our served litz wire first needs to go through the following test procedures after completion to examine its appearance, size and performance. The appearance must meet the standard in smoothness, evenness of color, turns, specification, twist, etc. Exposed copper is not allowed. Then its properties test comprises of mechanical(elongation, softness, coherence, etc.), chemical(solvent resistance), thermal and electrical properties(continuity of enamel, breakdown voltage, cut-through).
•Polyurethane enameled with the addition of polyester, dacron or nylon as coat on the surface, capacitance among layers is reduced, resulting in increase of insulation ability
•Multifilar strands of thin wires bunched altogether increase surface and reduce skin effect
