Customized USTC Copper Conductor Dia. 0.03mm-0.8mm Served Litz Wire
Served litz wire, as one kind of magnet wires, is characterized by consistent appearance and better impregnation other than its properties the same as normal litz wire. Covered by nylon, dacron, polyester or natural silk on its surface, Served Litz Wire is developed for high-frequency applications over 1 MHz and has good performances in reducing skin effect and proximity effect by bunching or braiding multiple individually insulated magnet wires altogether in different ways. Its breakdown voltage can be increased by 500V-1200V.
