In order to further improve our service and enhance the foundation of partnership, Blanc Yuan, General Manager of Tianjin Ruiyuan, James Shan, Marketing Manager of Overseas Department along with their team went a visit for communication to Dezhou Sanhe Electric Co., Ltd. on 27th February.
Tianjin Ruiyuan Electrical Wire Co. Ltd. has been working with Dezhou Sanhe Electric Co., Ltd. over 20 years, who is one of the most important customers of Ruiyuan and a renowned transformer manufacturer in China.
The delegation of Mr. Yuan was warmly welcomed by General Manager Tian and Director Zhang from Sanhe. The two sides exchanged thoughts on deeper future cooperation and made a consensus on developing European electronic transformer market together during a meeting.
After the meeting, Director Zhang showed all the participants of Ruiyuan around two manufacturing workshops of Sanhe. There, various specifications of UEW(polyurethane) enameled copper wires provided by Ruiyuan can be seen over the place.
Ruiyuan, as main magnet wire supplier, provides 70% raw material products to Sanhe every year, ranging from 0.028mm to 1.20mm, of which the most important 0.028mm and 0.03mm ultra-fine enameled wires are delivered more than 4,000kg per month. In addition, OCC and SEIW (direct solderable polyesterimide) enameled wire as Ruiyuan’ s new products already passed the aging test and will soon be ordered in bulk.
Mr. Yuan and his team then also paid a visit to winding workers in the workshop. Workshop operators reflected that enameled copper wire supplied by Ruiyuan was of high quality, with a very low wire breakage rate and good stable solderability. Mr. Yuan also mentioned that Ruiyuan will constantly target to improve product quality in the future.
Through this visit, the whole Ruiyuan team had more confidence and deeply realized that to supply good products is the source of life to Ruiyuan.
