Exchange Meeting With Feng Qing Metal Corp.

On November 3rd, Mr. Huang Zhongyong, General Manager of Taiwan Feng Qing Metal Corp., together with Mr. Tang, business associate and Mr. Zou, the head of R&D department, paid a visit to Tianjin Ruiyuan from Shenzhen.

Mr. Yuan, General Manager of TianJin Rvyuan, led all colleagues from the Foreign Trade Department to participate in the exchange meeting.

At the beginning of this meeting, Mr. James Shan, Operating Director of TianJin Rvyuan, made a brief introduction of the company’ s 22-year history since 2002. From its initial sales limited to North China to the current global expansion, Ruiyuan products have been sold to over 38 countries and regions, serving more than 300 customers; The variety of products has been diversified from only one category of single enameled copper wire to different kinds, such as litz wire, flat wire, triple insulated wire, and till now it has been expanded to enamelled OCC copper wire, enamelled OCC silver wire, and fully insulated wire(FIW). Mr. Shan also specifically mentioned PEEK Wire, which has an advantage of withstanding voltage of 20,000V and is able to work continuously at 260℃. The corona resistance, bending resistance, chemical resistance (including lubricating oil, ATF oil, epoxy paint, etc.), low dielectric constant is also the unique advantage of this product.

Mr. Huang also showed great interest in TianJin Rvyuan’s new product FIW 9, only very few manufacturers in the globe are able to make. In TianJin Rvyuan’s laboratory, the FIW 9 0.14mm was used for an on-site voltage withstand test in the meeting, result is 16.7KV, 16.4KV, and 16.5KV respectively. Mr. Huang told that manufacturing FIW 9 highly manifests the enterprise’ s capabilities of advanced manufacturing technology and production management.

In the end, both sides expressed their great confidence in international electronic product market in the future. Promoting Tianjin Rvyuan products to global market on a larger scale through online channels will be a mutual goal of both Rvyuan and Feng Qing.
