The Kapton wrapping litz wire consists of 1,200 individual strands of 0.1mm solderable enameled copper wire. These strands are precisely twisted together to form a compact, high-frequency-friendly bundle. The entire bundle is then tightly wrapped with high-quality Kapton (polyimide) tape. This construction provides exceptional dielectric strength, with a withstand voltage of over 6,000V. The wire also features a thermal rating of 180°C, making it suitable for demanding environments.
