This silk-covered wire 2USTCF 0.08*435mm is a custom wire, that is used in precision electrical equipment, The original intention of the customer is to facilitate welding.The electromagnetic wire is wrapped with polyester as the wrapping material. The most important feature of polyester filament wrapping is its direct weldability. In use, the sand head is not needed and can be welded directly, which avoids the virtual welding caused by the uneven sand head and improves the welding quality. Its insulation performance, high frequency performance, heat resistance and so on are higher than those of natural silk cladding.After many tests, the Q value and inductance L of the product are higher than those of other wires.
