Triple insulated wire(TIW) is also called three layers insulation wires that is one conductor with three extruded insulation to withstand high voltage(>6000v).

Triple insulated wire is used in power transformers and realize miniaturization and cost reductions as no insulation tape or barrier tape is required between the primary and secondary windings of the transformers.

1.Insulation options: The picture below shows ordinary insulation of TIW PET, another insulation ETFE is available, however at this moment we only provide two layers of ETFE, the copper is enameled.

2.Color Options: Not only we provide yellow color, but blue, green, red pink, black etc. You can get any color you want here with low MOQ which is 51000meters

3.Thermal class options: Class B/F/H that means class 130/155/180 are all available.
