Braided silk wrapped litz wire is a new product that was launched to the market recently. The wire is trying to solve the problems of softness, adhesiveness and tension control in regular silk severed litz wire, that cause Performance deviation between idea design and real product. The braided silk severed layer is much more solid and softer in comparison with ordinary silk covered litz wire. And the roundness of the wire is better. Braided layer is also nylon or dacron, however that is braided by 16 strands of nylon at least,and the density is over 99%. Like ordinary silk wrapped litz wire, braided silk severed litz wire can be customized.

Taped litz wire comes when on the surface of normal litz wire is wrapped with mylar film or any other film by a certain degree of overlapping.
