This customized Silk Covered Multiple Stranded Copper Wire is specifically designed for high-performance transformer windings and other precision electromagnetic components. The single wire is 0.1 mm enameled copper wire with a thermal rating of 155°C (Class F), offering excellent heat resistance and electrical insulation. A total of 900 such strands are precisely stranded together to form a flexible, high-current conductor. The outer layer is covered with durable nylon yarn, which provides mechanical protection, smooth handling, and additional insulation between winding layers.

Advantages
